Shipping & Returns

We just can’t wait to share the Utama Spice love, so we’re trying to process your order as quick as we can!


We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, except for orders received on weekends. Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday. All delivery guidelines are estimates only.

 

How much is shipping?

All local deliveries in Singapore will be sent by courier at a flat rate of $4.00, and delivery is free for all orders above $50 until Jun 2018!

We unfortunately do not ship orders internationally at the moment.

What is your refund or returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and we unfortunately will not be able to process exchanges or refunds unless your order is faulty or has been damaged during delivery.

If you receive anything that’s been damaged, please take pictures quickly and keep everything in the original packaging (including the shipping advice). Email us orders@utamaspice.sg with your order number and we’ll arrange for you to receive a replacement.

How long will my delivery take?

All orders confirmed by 2pm will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery should take place within 3-5 working days after that by Singpost Smartpacs.

These delivery times are just estimates and are subject to possible delays, particularly during festive periods.

Tracking

Your parcels will be delivered to your doorstep, to the address provided, so please make sure you give us the correct address. If no one’s home, the parcel will be left in your postbox.
