In this Thriving From Rest with Sleep Meditations, we'll invite you to put on your soft lilac hand-sewn eye mask, take a deep breath of calming Lavender aroma, lie back and be guided into a 1-1 online session focussed on restorative sleep meditation and coaching. Allow your layers of exhaustion to lift slowly, guided by Youmin, this is your gift of restful self-care.


About your facilitator

Youmin is a Daring To Rest yoga nidra facilitator and a certified nature and forest therapy guide.

A pioneer and leading guide in the Southeast Asia, she is passionate about sharing deep restorative rest and nature connections for well-being, especially for stressed out and disconnected city dwellers. In this frantic world we live in, she believes that we need to go into the 'rest space' to find ourselves, we need to slow down in a practical manner, and then, we can thrive in a sustainable way.

Working with individuals, groups and organisations, Youmin's intention is to support them to rise up as well-rested leaders. She has also guided and taught at overseas workshops, retreats and seminars including Finland, Thailand and the Philippines.
